Printivoo is a creative online store offering custom-made products designed with care. Every item is produced individually once you place your order — ensuring attention to detail, quality, and sustainable production.

Each product is made to order and typically takes 2–5 business days to prepare.
Once shipped, delivery times are approximately:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and most countries within Europe.

Your order is shipped from our UK or EU fulfillment centers, depending on product availability and your delivery address — to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.

All our products are made to order — meaning they’re produced especially for you once you place your order. This helps reduce waste and guarantees that you receive a freshly made product.

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Since every product is custom-made, we can only accept returns or replacements if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
If there’s any issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos — we’ll be happy to help.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update it before the order goes into production. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.

We do our best to ensure accurate colors and product previews, but please note that minor variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.

Because items are made to order, we can only make changes or cancellations within a few hours after the order is placed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.
