We want you to love your Printivoo purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

When Refunds Apply

  • Confirmed manufacturing/printing defects or damage in transit.
  • Wrong item received compared with your order confirmation.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
  3. Upon approval, we’ll process a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Timing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

What Isn’t Refundable

  • Made-to-order items without a defect (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/colour chosen).
  • Shipping fees, except where we are at fault.
