Because our products are custom printed on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted.

Eligible Issues

• Printing errors, faulty stitching, or manufacturing defects.
• Items damaged in transit.
• Incorrect item received compared with your order confirmation.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

1. Email support@printivoo.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
3. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

• Made-to-order and personalised items without a defect.
• Worn, washed, or used items.
• Size or colour selection errors (please check size guides before ordering).

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK/EU consumer law if goods are faulty.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to defects or our error, we’ll provide instructions and cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping where required.
